Orders Placed With Us
By placing an order with NGA (New German Affiliate), Inc, you agree to allow us to charge your supplied credit card or payment source for the services or parts requested. Placing an order constitutes your signature.
Payment Information
Credit Card Orders (those not placed through PayPal checkout)
For all credit cards orders NGA, Inc will only ship to an address which is on file with your financial institution. No exceptions. We will not process or ship an order that has a different person’s name on the credit card than your own - no exceptions. If you input a non-verified shipping address or there is any other error in credit card information, these errors will cause delays in processing. For shipping to non-verified addresses such as your work or office address please use PayPal. (see terms and conditions below). For any requested exceptions or for further information please contact us. For international orders, we accept bank transfer and PayPal only.
PayPal Orders
For all PayPal orders, if damage occurs to the order while it was in transit, we reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement items if a verified address is not used. If we can provide a refund or replacement parts we will, but due to PayPal's policies, there is no guarantee of reimbursement when an order is shipped to an un-verified address.
Please verify your address prior to completing your order. The address that you give us in PayPal is the address that we will ship to. If you have entered or chosen an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to correct the issue before your order is shipped. If you have given an incorrect address, please note that we may be required to refund your account and submit a new invoice to you so that the correct address is properly associated with your order.
Due to a change in PayPal's refund policy, certain refunds may have a 2.9% fee applied. This is because PayPal no longer refunds processing fees. To avoid issues with this policy change, we do not immediately take funds out of your account when you place an order on our online store. We will investigate each order prior to assigning a fee to the refund.

Refunds
If the need for a refund arises, we will do everything we can do get you a refund as soon as possible. Please note that there are situations that can occur during this process that are outside of our control.
Once we have initiated a refund, we are no longer responsible for the time that it may take for it to arrive to you. With some PayPal and credit card transactions, it may take a few days for the refund to post to your bank or credit card account.
Orders of out of stock or direct ship items may take longer to process a refund because we must confirm that nothing has been shipped. If an item has already been shipped to you and we are unable to stop the shipment, you may have to wait until the shipment has been returned before your refund is processed.
Communication
NGA, Inc, (DBA NGP) may occasionally contact customers to update them with current store, account or sales information which we think may be relevant. We will never sell, share or otherwise compromise your contact information in any way. If you do not wish to receive these messages, simply unsubscribe when you receive your first message, or email us at mail@ngpracing.com and we will remove you from any databases for email offers.
Pricing and Errors
All prices are quoted in US dollars. All prices exclude any freight, taxes or duties that might be due on a shipment outside the United States unless otherwise noted. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all fees associated with import duties, taxes, broker fees and transaction fees on international sales. All prices are subject to change without notice.
NGA Inc reserves the right to correct any typographical errors before, after or during the time period that an order is placed. We try to describe each product to the best of our ability. Sometimes product photos do not always reflect the exact product being sold. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Due to our incredibly large catalog of parts, it is possible an item in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. We try to make every possible effort to correct any mistakes as soon as is possible, however due to the huge range of products, constant change in pricing and industry standards, changes may occasionally need to be made after an order is placed but before it is processed. Some items listed in our online catalog may be on a backorder standing depending on current manufacturer availability. If this is the case for an order which is placed, NGA Inc will contact the customer with and and all available options possible.
Price Matching Policy
NGA, Inc will typically price match to competitors rates as long as the item is new in the box, in stock and ready for delivery. If an item is not in stock, we may not match that price. If there is a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy in place by the manufacturer of the item in question and we are a vendor for said manufacturer, NGA, Inc reserves the right to enforce the MAP policy. Gray market or illegally imported items may or may not be matched at NGP’s discretion.
NGP Limited Time Sales
Any sale item with free shipping offered is only applicable to customers within the contiguous 48 states of the US. International sales and customers in Alaska, Hawaii and certain ZIP codes in Washington state are not eligible for free shipping offers unless an agreement has been made with NGP prior to placing an order. Some offers are only good while supplies last. NGP reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time. Unless otherwise noted, no promotional offers may be used in conjunction with each other.
Backorder status, Special order, Item stock levels, etc.
Please note that not all items listed on our website are in stock at all times. Items considered special order may not be specified as such on all listings. Items which are not in stock and are not anticipated to be restocked in the near future (either for reason of manufacturer delay, unavailability or other similar reasons) will typically be listed as *Backordered* – however, just because an item is not specifically listed as *backordered* does not always mean that it is in stock and immediately available. You will be notified of any possible delay or unavailability before your order is finalized and you will be given the option of changing, canceling or approving a backorder on that item. Certain special order, custom made products may not be returnable. If you have a question regarding whether a product can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.
Free Shipping Offer Information, Disclaimers and Exclusions
Free shipping offers are only valid on specific items and are typically only available within the contiguous 48 states unless otherwise noted. If you have another item in your shopping cart that does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping price for that item will be shown. The service chosen will be UPS ground, USPS or FedEx unless otherwise stated. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any international destination are not elgible for free shipping offers unless NGP has arranged a special shipping deal prior to placing an order. We also typically offer discounted shipping for customers not eligible for free shipping offers. Please contact us for a quote.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $99
Most orders of $99.00 or more shipping to a valid address within the 48 contiguous states qualifies for our free shipping offer unless otherwise noted (see below for possible offer exclusions). Please note that this is an extensive offer that we are still in the process of implementing. Some products that will eventually qualify for this offer have not been updated at this time.
The shipping service used for our free shipping offer is up to our discretion. Typical shipping carriers used for our free shipping offer include (but are not limited to) USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you cannot receive packages from a specific shipping carrier, please notify us in the order notes so that we can attempt to accommodate your needs.
Products that are included in our free shipping over $99 offer are marked with a free shipping label on the eligible product.
Orders that qualify for our free shipping offer will be shown a special free shipping option in cart or at checkout. This option must be selected in order to qualify for our free shipping offer.
Orders under $99.00 do not qualify for our free shipping offer unless otherwise noted. The shipping cost of such orders is estimated by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

If your order contains products that qualify for free shipping along with those that are excluded from this offer, we may adjust your shipping fee. This adjusted shipping fee will be based on the cost to ship the products excluded from the free shipping offer. We will notify you of any increased fees before finalizing your order.
While we attempt to apply the correct shipping and handling fees to each product in our online store, we also realize that mistakes do happen. If you place an order with an item from the list above and are incorrectly given our free shipping offer as an option, we will notify you that such a mistake has occurred. We will also notify you of any applicable shipping costs prior to finalizing your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to revoke any product from our free shipping offer at any time. If you have ordered such a product from us, we will notify you of the change before finalizing your order. If an item must be excluded from our free shipping offer, we will do our best to provide you with the best possible shipping cost.
Upgraded Turbocharger Software Availability
ECUs use different "box codes" for identification. The box code is often specific to certain vehicles with specific options. Not all ECU box-codes may be available for all software. If you are purchasing a turbocharger upgrade that specifically requires aftermarket software, we highly recommend that you verify software is available for your ECU box-code before placing an order. Returns will not be accepted for a turbocharger if you have not verified software availability for your specific box-code. If you are local to one of our shops, please contact-us to set up an appointment to have your car scanned for software availability.
Product Reviews
All product reviews will be reviewed before being approved for publishing. A coherent and well constructed review will be the most helpful for other customers, so please attempt to use proper punctuation and refrain from common texting or abbreviated terms that could be confusing to others.
Racing Only Products
Some products sold on our online store are for racing use only and may never be used on a public highway or emissions controlled vehicle. Please check your local laws regarding the installation of these products. New German Affiliate, Inc, DBA: NGP Racing is in no way responsible for the misuse of products sold online, retail, or via phone sales, and any results thereof, up to and including fees, fines, damages or legal consequences. Some performance exhaust systems utilizing a high flow / aftermarket catalytic converter may trigger a check engine light under some conditions on some cars, which is not predictable from vehicle to vehicle. NGP Racing is not liable for problems with emissions legality or complications of use of performance exhaust systems, as these are installed at the end users own risk. Check local laws before installing.
By adding any race only use product to your shopping cart, you are electronically acknowledging that the product is not to be installed on any registered vehicle that will be driven on any US road, street or highway. In addition, you also acknowledge that the use or installation of this product outside of the intended closed circuit racing purpose may be illegal under the Federal Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 7522(A)(3))
Built to Order Exhaust Systems
Some exhaust systems sold on our online store are not stocked locally and are built once your order has been finalized. Due to this, these orders cannot be returned or refunded without our approval once your order has been finalized. If we do choose to approve a refund or return for your exhaust, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply.
